5 Ways to Wellbeing This session aims to introduce you to the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are a set of actions which can enhance health and wellbeing. They are: • Connect • Be active • Keep learning • Give • Take notice During the session you will explore each of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and create a personalised plan to incorporate them in everyday life.

If you have a disability, learning difficulty, health problem or mental health difficulty that may affect your learning or participation, please contact us for further advice.
